I am seeing customers are shy these days and much more comfortable and convenient to chat rather than communicating with me in person, is that something that I should be doing more to get the best customers insight when gathering knowledge?

Hi Frank, we just opened 2 restaurants with the same model, one in a location with the population of 400K and the other with 75K and we found the restaurant with the smaller population in town which has shown a potential growth within a week while the other has been slow, what do you think? Thanks
